Begin (Beginner level)

This class offers a unique blend of strength training, flexibility exercises and body awareness techniques, all on the revolutionary Pilates Reformer machine. Whether you are a fitness newbie or a seasoned enthusiast looking to try something new, this class is designed to accommodate and challenge all skill level.

Stretch & Flow

Stretch and flow is a slower paced class, focus on mind body connection using the breath. This class will help to increase your mobility and flexibility.

Pre Natal

Reformer pilates is the perfect low impact exercise to do during pregnancy. This class is specifically designed to support a growing pregnancy.

Reformer Barre

Fine toning and sculpting reformer class inspired by BARRE workouts. Commonly known as the "dancer" workout, this style is derived by ballet. If you want to further isolate the smaller muscle groups and fine tone this is the class for you!

Dynamic

Once you've mastered the foundations of the Reformer, try our dynamic class! This class is designed to challenge your limits and provide a full body workout that focuses on core strength, fitness levels, flexibility and balance.

Post Natal

Our post natal class is designed to support new Mums in the postpartum phase and support their return to movement. This class focuses on rebuilding the core safely post birth and helps to improve overall strength.

Jumpboard

Get ready to increase your overall fitness levels with our jump board class! The plyometric movements will increase your heart rate and challenge your limits. Mixed with strength and flexibility movements, this is a full body workout!
