All you need to bring is a bottle of water and grippy socks. We stock grippy socks in all of our studios if you need to pick some up before your class.

Yes, no prior pilates experience is required. Reformer pilates is a low impact high intensity exercise which means it is suitable for all levels. Beginners should book into our BEGIN class. The trainer will introduce you to the machine and talk you through everything you need to know before class begins.

Yes, we currently offer student and NHS discount. To apply for this, please email hello@bondipilates.co.uk with a confirmation (image of ID or something to confirm) and our team will respond with a code to use.

Our cancellation policy is 10 hours. Outside the 10 hours before class, you can amend or cancel a booking. 

Please note you will not receive a refund, your credit will go back on your account to book into another class that suits you. If you wish to request a refund, please email hello@bondipilates.co.uk

Yes, each class pass has an expiry. Please see below:

New client offer: 2 classes for £20
4 class pass: 6 weeks
5 class pass: 8 weeks
8 class pass: 10 weeks
10 class pass: 12 weeks
12 class pass: 16 weeks
18 class pass: 24 weeks
20 class pass: 32 weeks

The monthly memberships are rolling monthly subscriptions. You must use all of the credits within the month period, you will benefit for an additional cost saving compared to a class pass.

The monthly memberships are not fixed meaning you can cancel at any time, there is no contract and you can pause at any time (holiday, sickness etc)
